Are ingredients actually sourced from Africa?

Yes, all our products are curated from best locations where these items are typically grown, farmed, cultivated or sourced. We ensure we patronise local farmers, small businesses and other vendors /agents who are ethical in their practices.

Are your products Gluten-free or vegan friendly?

Majority of our selections are Preservatives free, non-GMO, 100% All Natural and unless otherwise stated, gluten-free, grain and nut free as well as vegan friendly. Please always read labels carefully before purchasing any item.

How should I store my products?

Our Products are individually packed in resealable pouches for convenience and storage. These bags/pouches are fridge and freezer friendly, so products stay fresh and moisture free. Our oils come in resealable twist-cap bottles that are designed to minimise spillage while keeping products fresh.

Each product has a batch number and tentative Best Before date, please always check this to make sure it lines up adequately, otherwise, please contact us for a replacement.

We currently only ship within the United States, which is our primary base of operations.

Through our partnership with e-commerce providers like Amazon, Ebay, Walmart and Etsy, we are able to reach all our target audience conveniently with Fast, Free Shipping.

Returns & Refunds

REPLACEMENT


If you received defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us at info@happyafricantropicalfoods.com and provide a photo of the products that you received to confirm the condition of your order. Our team will provide replacement or refund assistance.

If your order experienced problems with shipping or delivery, please reach out via email. To receive timely assistance, please provide your order number and confirm your full shipping address in your information form.

Please contact us regarding any assistance you require within 10 days of your order’s purchase date. After 10 days we are unable to guarantee that return, refund, or replacement assistance can be offered to remediate the order issue you experienced.

We only accept the return of orders that are unopened, unused, and within 10 days of their delivery.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 24hours of verification an within 5 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
